An important meeting between Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Malta and Cyprus, in view of the EU
summit of Brussels, held in Rome at Villa Madama, representative seat of the Presidency of both the Italian
Government and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Participants were Italian premier Paolo Gentiloni, French president Emmanuel Macron, Greek premier Alexis
Tsiparas, Spanish premier Mariano Rajoy, Maltese premier Joseph Muscat and Cypriot president Nikos Anastasidis.

The event was divided into three parts. First of all the closed-door summit in Giulio Romano hall, followed by a
press conference in majestic Loggia di Raffaello, crowded with journalists and TV reporters from the countries
involved in the summit. Finally, a working dinner for the leaders.
Tecnoconference Europe has also provided the audio system, the video shooting with a three-camera full HD
direction, the lighting system for television shooting, and it furthermore set up an impressive architectural lighting
system of all the rooms involved in the event.
The live images of the press conference were transmitted via radio link to an adjacent building where a part of
the many accredited journalists (300) was staying.
